VIP Membership is a rolling monthly plan built around you and your dog. Choose how often you'd like them groomed — every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks — and pay a fixed monthly amount that's easy to budget for across the year.
Your regular appointment space is reserved especially for your dog and booked several visits ahead, so you're not chasing availability every few weeks.
Pricing is worked out from your dog's breed and how often they're groomed. You'll see your monthly figure on this page before you commit to anything, and prices are reviewed once a year each April with at least 14 days' notice.

From application to first appointment, here's exactly what happens.

Fill in the form below. Choose your dog's breed and how often you'd like them groomed, and your monthly price appears straight away.
Set up your Direct Debit
You'll be taken to GoCardless to authorise the payment. It's a secure page — we never see your bank details, and your first collection is at least six working days later.
We book you in
We'll confirm your monthly amount, set up your ongoing appointment schedule and be in touch with your first date.
Straightforward, transparent and fair.
Your monthly payment spreads the cost of your dog's ongoing grooming schedule evenly across the year. It isn't payment for one specific appointment in that calendar month, so payment dates and grooming dates won't always line up exactly.
Membership runs on a rolling monthly basis and needs 30 days' written notice to cancel. Payments falling due during that notice period remain payable.
When your membership ends we reconcile the account. If the value of grooming already provided is more than you've paid, we'll invoice the difference. If you've paid for grooming that won't now be supplied, we'll refund it.
We need 48 hours' notice to move or cancel an appointment. Appointments missed or cancelled at short notice may be treated as used, and your monthly payment continues either way.
Prices are reviewed each April with at least 14 days' written notice. Extra charges may apply for matting, poor coat condition, parasites, significant size changes or additional services. All prices include VAT. Full terms are in the VIP Membership terms and conditions.
Walk-in nail clipping — just pop in.
You don't need to book. Walk in during opening hours at 32 High Street, Coningsby, Lincolnshire, LN4 4RA and we'll get your dog sorted.
Overgrown nails affect posture, gait and joint health, especially in older dogs. If you can hear your dog clicking on a hard floor, it's time.
